After logging in, Sofort GmbH checks your account balance automatically and initiates the transfer to us using the TAN you provided. It then sends us a transaction confirmation immediately. After logging in, it also checks your transactions, your overdraft, the existence of other accounts, and their balances automatically.

The payment details you provide and data concerning your identity are sent to Sofort GmbH in addition to the PIN and TAN. The data concerning your identity includes your first name and surname, address, phone number(s), email address, IP address, and any other data of relevance to the transaction. It is necessary to transfer this data in order to identify you unequivocally and prevent attempts at fraud.

Your data is transferred to Sofort GmbH on the basis of point (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR (consent) and point (b) of Article 6(1) GDPR (processing for the performance of a contract). You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. A withdrawal of consent does not apply retroactively to data processing that took place in the past. You want out?

You can, of course, delete your customer account at any time, just like you can unsubscribe from our newsletter if you don’t feel like reading it any more. If you are registered in our contact database but you want out – no problem. And if you like, we will also delete any emails that we might have sent to you or received from you in the past for whatever reason. But that would be a shame.
